Tomaž and Matej KUGLER
The Kugler spouses founded KM Inštalacije d.o.o. during Tomaž’s and Matej’s youth, and have therefore been connected with the company from its very beginning. With great dedication and genuine care for their employees, they have been leading the company since 2000. In their work, they place strong emphasis on long-term partnerships, fair and transparent relationships, and fast, reliable responsiveness to business partners. Tomaž oversees the technical, development, commercial, and financial segments of the company, while Matej coordinates operational project management and works closely with on-site contractors.

Alenka GRAČNAR
She has been with the company since 2004, when she began her career preparing quotations and issuing invoices. Today, she leads the entire commercial department and is also responsible for human resources and payroll administration. With extensive experience gained through many years of work and continuous professional training, she makes a significant contribution to the company’s stable and efficient operations.
Accounting manager
Suzana KUGLER
She began her mandatory practical training at the company in 1993, and for the past 15 years has been leading the finance and accounting department. She is responsible for the financial management of the entire business group, the preparation of financial plans, control processes, and all key accounting and financial services. As a graduate economist, she has more than 30 years of experience in financial management in the private sector.
HISTORY
The beginnings of the company date back to 1990, when our primary activities focused on the installation of ventilation ducts and the implementation of extraction systems in wood-processing facilities. In a home garage, we manufactured smaller ventilation ducts, installed roofing, and produced and fitted gutters.
First clients: carpentry workshops, automotive paint shops, hospitality venues, and residential houses.
Execution of post-fire restoration works at the Novi tednik – Radio Celje facility (first major project), followed by expansion into the following business areas:
This marked our first complete mechanical installation projects, which remain our core business to this day.
Opening of additional production and warehouse facilities at the Škofja vas location.
Acquisition of a majority stake in the company Remont.
