In our own production facility at the Celje business unit, we manufacture rectangular ventilation ducts and fittings in various sizes, shapes, and materials. During the design and manufacturing process, we precisely adapt to the technical requirements and spatial specifics of each individual project. We place strong emphasis on the airtightness of the duct system, which enables energy savings during the operation of ventilation systems. After installation, airtightness is tested in accordance with the standards SIST EN 1507 and SIST EN 12237.

Every year, Spiro’s specialists carry out inspections of our production machines and manufacturing processes and issue a Certificate of Constancy of Performance, confirming the compliance, reliability, and consistency of our entire production process.
By using original Spiro machinery, we achieve a high level of airtightness (Class D), optimal airflow performance, and long-term mechanical durability. Thanks to the spiral seam, the ducts are exceptionally strong, suitable for a wide range of operating pressures, and aesthetically refined, making them an excellent choice for exposed and architecturally visible installations.
As part of fire safety systems, we manufacture and install certified ducts for mechanical smoke and heat extraction.
Robust construction and high-quality materials ensure the preservation of mechanical stability and airtightness even at extreme temperatures, enabling reliable extraction of smoke, hot gases, and heat in the event of a fire.

Each year, the Slovenian National Building and Civil Engineering Institute (ZAG) conducts a professional inspection of our production, manufacturing processes, and applied materials and issues a Certificate of Constancy of Performance, confirming that all smoke and heat extraction ducts are manufactured in accordance with the same verified standards used during certification.
Our façade ventilation grilles are not only a functional element of the ventilation system, but also an aesthetically refined solution that blends seamlessly with the building exterior. Thanks to in-house production, we ensure fast responsiveness and a high level of flexibility. The grilles are manufactured to exact dimensions, allowing perfect adaptation to façade openings, and each unit is powder-coated in the desired color according to customer specifications.
